Corsair 650d

New build…. awesome case…

Computer Upgrade :)

Today I bought a new PSU and 2 GPU’s to run in Crossfire πŸ™‚

PSU: XFX 750W Black Edition:

The main reason for this choice is the modularity of the PSU and also because it’s actually a Seasonic PSU for a smaller price πŸ™‚

GFX: 2* Sapphire Extreme 5850’s:

The reason for this purchase is extreme good value for money πŸ™‚

So some pictures …

Before there was a Liberty Enermax 400W PSU. This one never let me down πŸ™‚
The GFX card is a XFX 5830 with a Arctic Twin Turbo aftermarket cooler.

And after, as mentioned before, a XFX 750 BE PSU and 2* Extreme 5850’s in XF.

Rup for BF3

Dommel -> Scarlet

Today I changed providers πŸ™‚

From Untrustworthy Dommel to the ‘MAYBE’ somewhat trustworthier Scarlet.

Previous configuration with Dommel:

BGC Standard Telephone Line Subscription -> €15/m
Dommel VDSL2 Speedconnect Plus -> €49.99/m

Current Configuration with Scarlet:

Scarlet ONE: €50/m
This contains VOIP Telephony, VDSL2 internet (fup), BGC HD TV.

So I get it all for just €50/m …

Kinda sweet deal πŸ™‚

New Home Server

My previous NAS system had been liquidated, instead, I grabbed together some old parts and some new parts to make a new ‘fileserver’.

This system contains some harddrives for backup purposes, it also runs our Teamspeak server, Β΅Torrent client, webserver, ftp-server, media-server, virusscanner update centre and some other stuff πŸ™‚

Sorry for crappy pics, cell-phone + bad lighting πŸ™‚
